Our Sourcing
A short, transparent chain — from greenhouse to reefer — with a single accountable producer relationship behind every shipment.
Grown in the temperate, Atlantic-influenced Loukkos plain near Larache, where mild winters extend the fresh raspberry harvest from November through June — counter-seasonal to much of European supply.
Fruit is individually quick-frozen at origin within hours of harvest, preserving structure and colour. Grading, metal detection, and quality control run on-line — under internationally recognised food-safety certifications (see below).
Consolidated in reefer containers from Tanger Med to Mersin, cleared with simplified customs under the Morocco–Türkiye Free Trade Agreement — total lead time 14–20 days (order to delivery).

IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) freezes each berry separately within hours of harvest, locking in colour, texture and flavour and preventing clumping. It preserves premium quality for dairy, pastry and industrial use — our raspberries are IQF-frozen at origin.
One 20-foot reefer container — approximately 18–20 metric tonnes. Mixed grades within a single container can be arranged on request.
Yes. We ship qualified buyers a frozen sample on request — tell us your target grade (95/5, 80/20 or crumble) and application.
Orchards: GlobalGAP, GRASP, SMETA, IGP, AB (organic) and Fair Trade. Packing stations: ISO 22000, BRC Food, IFS Food, IFS Broker and Star-K Kosher. Certificates and audit reports are available to qualified buyers on request.
